I have been going to Fuji Sushi Bar since 1991. I moved to Hutchison, Kansas and nobody makes sushi like Fuji so we drove 4 1/2 hours for sushi and it was worth it. My all time favorite, the Tornado Roll, was AMAZING. The Tulsa Roll was just as good as ever. Thank You Fuji. I really miss home! Read more reviews here.

Went here for dinner and sat at the sushi bar. Friendly and mostly attentive service. It was nice that they had a full bar too. The food was pretty good. I had a specialty roll and enjoyed all of it. Assume this place mostly caters to the lunch crowd given its location but great for dinner for groups or a business traveler. Also, there is a sushi bar AND a normal bar with TVs which was a plus in my book! Read more reviews here.

Fuji is the first restaurant I went since I moved from Japan. Most of the restaurant say it’s “Japanese food” but they aren’t authentic. Fuji is an authentic Japanese restaurant! Several meals I have tried at Fuji reminds me of the restaurants I have been in Japan.
People I had met here asked me the question where they can eat Japanese foods and I tell them Fuji! Read more reviews here.
